RETURN POLICY
If you wish to terminate/cancel your Membership, you may use your Membership until the end of the then-current period and your Membership will not be renewed after that period expires. However, you will not be eligible for a prorated refund of any portion of the Membership fee paid for the then-current Membership period.
LIMITED WARRANTY:
The Diamond Kinetics Hardware that is included with your purchase of a DK+ Membership comes with a limited warranty. This limited warranty starts on the date of shipment of the hardware and lasts as you have an active DK+ Membership. This limited warranty is conditioned on your compliance with these Membership Terms and the Terms of Service (the “Warranty Period”). We may change the availability of this limited warranty at our discretion, but any changes will not be retroactive.
With respect to any defective hardware during the Warranty Period, we will, in our sole discretion, either repair or replace such hardware (or the defective part) free of charge. To obtain warranty service, you must call 412-223-5341 or email our Customer Care Team at support@diamondkinetics.com during the Warranty Period to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (“RMA”) number. No warranty service will be provided without an RMA number.
