Applying a Bat Mount can be a somewhat tricky process! Making sure that you have your Bat Sensor placed properly is essential for Swing Collection and might throw off your Swing Metrics, if your Bat Mount is applied improperly. Here are some key steps to look out for, when applying your Bat Mount:
- Can you see a Green LED Light beaming through your Bat Mount? If you can, your Bat Sensor is placed properly inside of the Bat Mount! If you cannot, your Bat Sensor may be upside down, which could lead to swing errors.
- Is your Bat Mount placed in the center of your Bat Knob? If your Bat Mount is centered, you should be good to go for swing collection! If your Bat Mount is leaking off of the side of the Bat Mount, or unfastened, this could lead to swing errors.
- Is your Bat Sensor firmly fastened inside of the Bat Mount? If your Bat Sensor is not moving around inside of your Bat Mount during the Swinging process, you should be good to go for swing collection! If your Bat Sensor is loose inside of your Bat Mount, it may be time to purchase a new Bat Mount, as this may throw off swing collection.

Bat Inserts:
If you are not using a Bat Mount, and you are placing your sensor into a Bat Insert, please make sure that your Bat Sensor is placed with the Green LED Light, facing outward! You also want to make sure that your Bat Sensor is firmly locked inside of your Bat Knob, to make sure that the Bat Sensor does not fly out, during the swinging process.
